These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("User", "you" or "your"), and 888cb (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), operated under the domain 888cb.cam.
888cb is an international online betting and gaming platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and related gambling services. The Platform is made available in English and is specifically designed for users in the Pakistan market, with account balances and bet amounts displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
By accessing the 888cb website, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms take effect from the earliest of: (a) the date on which you first access the Platform; (b) the date on which you create an Account; or (c) the date on which you place your first wager.
You acknowledge that you have not relied upon any representation, warranty or statement made by or on behalf of 888cb other than as expressly set out in these Terms when deciding to access the Platform or create an Account.
The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — to open an Account and use the Services. The Platform reserves the right to require proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to open Accounts or use the Services. This eligibility restriction applies regardless of whether access was gained using a VPN or any other technical means.
As noted in Section 1, users located in Pakistan must independently assess the legality of online gambling under Pakistani law before using the Platform. 888cb does not represent that its Services are lawful for use in Pakistan.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. The Platform uses automated and manual systems to detect multi-accounting behaviour.
The following persons are not eligible to register an Account or use the Services:
To access the full range of Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as required during the registration process. You warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate and up to date, and you agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 888cb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account and to withhold any balance pending a compliance review.
Registration fields may include: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, mobile number and preferred currency. All registration fields are provided in English. PKR is available as a display currency for users from Pakistan.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform through your Account.
You agree to notify 888cb support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised. The Platform will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to exercise reasonable care over your credentials.
Where two-factor authentication or additional security options are made available, you are strongly encouraged to enable them to protect your Account.
Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods made available in the Platform's cashier. The availability of specific payment methods — including those that may be familiar to Pakistani users such as bank transfers, mobile wallets or cryptocurrency — is subject to operator policy, geographic restrictions and third-party provider terms. The Platform does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements; (b) satisfaction of any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and (c) any minimum withdrawal threshold in force at the time of the request.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method, operator processing schedules and the status of your Account verification. The Platform does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing speeds and does not use the label "instant guaranteed" to describe any withdrawal pathway.
All withdrawals are paid to payment methods held in the same name as the registered Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for users who have selected PKR as their display currency. The actual settlement currency and any applicable exchange rates depend on the payment method and operator configuration. Users should confirm the effective exchange rate at the time of each transaction.
From time to time, 888cb may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bets and other incentives to Users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, game contribution percentages, bonus expiry periods and maximum cashout limits.
Any bonus or promotional amounts shown on the Platform are illustrative unless expressly confirmed as a live offer in the Platform's active promotions section. Users are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion in full before opting in.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus amount converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, contribution rates and eligible games vary by promotion.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing a bet in excess of this limit — which will be specified in the promotion's individual terms — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension pending review.
Users found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any other method determined by the Platform to constitute abuse, will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed.
Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Once a bonus expires it cannot be reinstated. Users are advised to confirm expiry dates before accepting any promotional offer.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. These rules are made available within the Platform's help or betting rules section and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail in relation to that product.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances where the Platform determines that a manifest error has occurred. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, an incorrect odds display that materially misrepresents the intended offering.
The Platform reserves the right to void bets where the result of an event is influenced by corruption, match-fixing or any form of irregular activity. Cricket matches — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to the applicable anti-corruption frameworks of the relevant governing body.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
The Platform reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities — in response to any prohibited conduct, whether detected in real time or discovered subsequently.
888cb operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as standard compliance requirements. These procedures exist to verify user identity, prevent financial crime and comply with applicable international standards.
You may be required to submit Verification Documents at any of the following points: (a) during Account registration; (b) before processing any withdrawal request; (c) at any time the Platform reasonably determines that additional verification is necessary based on account activity.
Verification Documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of current residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement no more than three months old) and evidence of the payment method used for deposits.
Failure to provide Verification Documents within a reasonable timeframe — or submission of documents that are fraudulent, expired or inadequate — entitles the Platform to suspend withdrawal processing, restrict Account activity or permanently close the Account.

The Platform provides tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. You confirm that you are using the Platform for entertainment purposes and not as a source of income or financial remedy.
Users who have opted for self-exclusion must not attempt to open new Accounts or circumvent exclusion by any means. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of any new Account created in violation of the exclusion.
All content on the 888cb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, software, images and data compilations — is the property of 888cb or its licensed content and technology providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written permission from 888cb.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888cb and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (c) any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform; or (d) any loss or damage arising from the interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 888cb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or technically secure at all times.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
888cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without advance notice, if: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Platform is required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory directive; (c) the Platform determines in its reasonable judgment that Account activity is suspicious, fraudulent or presents an unacceptable risk; or (d) the Platform ceases to provide Services.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support through the available channels. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (subject to satisfaction of all applicable verification and wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a method approved by the Platform.
Bonus funds are not transferable and shall be forfeited upon Account closure, whether initiated by you or by the Platform.
888cb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Where amendments are made, the updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. The specific governing law and the jurisdiction's courts or arbitration forums are identified in the operator's licence documentation.
In the event of a dispute between you and 888cb arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be subject to the formal dispute resolution procedures specified by the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
